Itinerary

Day 01: Beirut-Doha-Colombo

Day 02: Colombo-Negambo       

Meet and assist on arrival at Airport, Transfer from Airport to Negombo. Check in to the hotel. Overnight Stay at Heritance Negombo

Day 03: Negambo-Kandalama

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Pinnawala to witness baby elephants bottle fed or moving around freely. pm and take a river bath twice a day Transfer from Pinnawala to Kandalama. Overnight at Heritance Kandalama

Day 04: Kandalama-Sigiriya

Breakfast at hotel , Transfer  to Sigiriya. One of the finest monuments of art & culture – overlooking the symmetrical royal gardens below – surrounded by ramparts & coated by frescoes that relate to Gupta style paintings found in Ajanta caves of India laminated with graffiti.Transfer from Sigiriya to Kandalama. Overnight Stayat Heritance Kandalama

Day 05 : Kandalama-Dambulla-Kandy 

Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Dambulla. The Dambulla rock temple has been built in the 1st century B.C. It is a World Heritage Site. It is the most impressive of Sri Lanka’s cave temples. The complex of five caves with over 2000 sq meters of painted walls and ceilings, is the largest area of paintings found in the world. It contains over 150 images of the Buddha of which the largest is the colossal figure of the Buddha carved out of rock and spanning 14 meters. Continuation to Matale. An agricultural zone in the Central Province, Matale seldom drops off the maps due to its remarkable contribution through flagship crops of the island extending from tea, rubber & vegetables to spices.. Stop by the side of a spice garden – into which you will be most welcome – and observe the therapeutic values of spices & processes over a refreshing cup of herbal tea! Transfer to Kandy. Overnight Stay at Earl’s Regency

Day 06: Kandy

Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Peradeniya.  Harmonized by the British, the Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya located just 4 miles off Kandy. Transfer from Peradeniya to Kandy. Last ruled by King Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe, Kandy – the World Heritage Site & last royal capital of Sri Lankan Kings – crafts an array of culture,  history and heritage in the minds of visitors across the globe. Experience an ancient Kandyan legacy engraved around its crown jewel, the temple of the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha. Will feature the Kandy City Centre. Overnight Stay at Earl’s Regency

Day 07: Kandy-Colombo

Breakfast at Hotel .Transfer to Colombo. Rest of the day at leisure on BB Basis.Overnight Stay at Cinnamon Grand

Day 08: Colombo

Colombo, the country’s commercial capital.  Drive along the clean streets edging the crystal white Race Course – horse racing hub in 1893 & World War II airstrip – furnished today with lavish clothing, food & tea boutiques. Meanwhile, ride to Pettah & tune into the Floating Market – an offbeat shopping experience -, the Independence Square. Every designer boutique, top-notch cuisine outlet and even the ‘walk-over fish tank’, while gazing through fancy windows Smell the scent of incense while listening to the chiming bells of Gangarama temple. Or, jazz up to Colombo’s night life spiced by night clubs & casinos that borderline its bustle. Overnight Stay at Cinnamon Grand

Day 09: Colombo-Beirut   

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Airport for departure.

Supplement Half board (dinners at hotels): $180

Cancellation Charges: 

  1. 21 days or less: 100% cancellation charge.
  2. Between 22 days and 28 days: 50% cancellation charges or the equivalent of the first two days charges depending on the program and period of stay.
  3. Above 29 days – No cancellation charges provided no commitment or advances are made to 3rd parties.
